BOOKING FEES AND CANCELLATIONS

Booking fees are required to secure all bookings. Please be ready to pay a booking fee when enquiring to book, without this payment the date is not secured.

 

Booking fees are non-refundable if your appointment is cancelled. If you provide me with 72 hours (weekend appointments ) and 96 hours (for weekday appointments) I can move your deposit over to another date. If you cancel your rescheduled date the booking fee will be lost and a new fee will be required to secure another date for you.

Running late?

Please let me know if you are running late! If you are more than 30 minutes late for your appointment without giving me notice in advance, please bear in mind I may need to reschedule your appointment and you will be required to pay a new booking fee to re-book.

If you fail to show up for your appointment, or let me know later than your scheduled appointment time that you can not attend, the full balance for your appointment will be required to be paid, and a new booking fee will be needed to reschedule.

non guaranteed areas

Non-guaranteed areas such (fingers, toes, side of feet, side of hands) are tricky areas to heal due to the skin type and usage throughout the healing process.

They usually require touching up, sometimes multiple times.

If they require touching up, they will be charged at the shops minimum rate of £50.

RESCHEDULING

If within the notice period I can happily reschedule your booking to another date and move your booking fee over. If you are wanting to reschedule your appointment outside of that notice period your booking fee will be lost and I will require another booking fee to move your appointment over. This is to protect myself from loss of earnings, and the booking fee covers a small portion of that loss when I may not have enough time to fill an appointment slot.

alterations/designs

Alterations can of course be made to designs the day before your appointment once the design has been sent. I always want you to be 100% happy with your design and excited for your tattoo!

However, if you do change your mind on your design and would like something completely different and/or reduce the amount of pieces you’d like done within your session giving less than 72 hours notice, the full fee for your appointment will still be required to be paid.

 

All appointments are booked in with the appropriate time slot provided for the piece/pieces you have asked for, therefore if you change your mind to something smaller/less pieces this means there is a loss of earnings for me and I will not be able to fill the space without the required notice time.

FORMS

If you have filled out a form and have not informed me of any medical issues/allergies or anything similar that may affect the tattoo/healing process (e.g. antibiotics, other medications (blood thinning medication), pregnancies, breast feeding, etc) and attend your appointment, I may not be able to tattoo you and your booking fee will be lost. Your appointment may be able to be rescheduled however a new fee will be required to secure the date.
